It is not your typical Gym environment, it is a martial arts centre and a lot of the exercises involve kicking and punching.
It is ideal for cardio and strength conditioning with flexibility training included.
Meet your personal trainer, Sam Dolman

Sam (pictured with Lightening from the Gladiators TV Series), is a Qualified PT and has a competition background in Body Building. Your sessions will be planned around your needs and goals.
